Hello brothers and sisters. Hope you had a wonderful summer and are ready to enjoy fall. We will be meeting this year! We were very lucky to have volunteers, join our officers. We need to thank Fred Fur and Conrad Morrison for joining our Sharon Parr, Nancy Munchbach, Dennis Slowinski and myself on our executive board. Thank you for stepping up. And thank you to everybody who voiced their concern and attended our elections. 

Still have not heard anything about our local, from them or the international. And as my editor can attest to. I still don't have our retiree computer back from the international. Though I am trying to get better at texting.

As I mentioned before 652 is continuing to do asbestos screening. They had one in August. If you missed it and are interested in testing. You can call 1-888-839-8479. I did it, it's easy and they are very helpful. Knowledge is power. We want you to stay around with us, for a long time.                               

At our next meeting we will have all the groups in for the latest medical benefit changes for next year. We will meet on the second Thursday, October 9. We will be at Buffet World and Grill, again on Saginaw. Lunch will be at 12, the meeting will follow. We will be having updates from our vendors on benefits from VEBA.
